Housework
A bullet journal is a great place to track everything from your daily chore list to your monthly cleaning tasks. Itโs an excellent way to see at a glance what you havenโt cleaned in a while, or what you still have on your plate to deal with. You can even use it as a master cleaning list that you then use to divide up chores for your household.
Work
You could also use this section for school or education to take a course or still in school! I use this section to keep track of library book checkouts, deadlines, and help hold me accountable for work milestones. This could be things like writing X number of blog posts or finishing X course by X date.
Beauty
I use this section to help make sure that Iโm taking care of myself daily by tracking daily beauty habits. This could be things like remembering to wash my face when I opened my last mascara container, and more! For conditioning treatments or other once a week products, I created a tracker to help make sure I donโt overdo them or forget to do them!
Routines
Layout your morning and nighttime routine in your journal! Then create a little checklist by each item that you can mark off throughout the day! This will help hold you accountable for these routines and make sure that you donโt forget about what you wanted to do during this time.
Life and Health
I use this section for tracking things like how much water Iโve had, did I workout, and even stuff like my gratitude journal and sleep cycle. This is where you can keep track of all things health and life-related!
Here are some great ideas of things to track:
- Meals
- Mood
- Step count
- Period
- Medication
- Cleaned glasses/contacts
Habits
The last section is for habits. These are the habits you are trying to create for yourself and want to make sure that you donโt miss it. You could make a goal of not spending as much time on social media and read more books. To help keep you motivated, you might carve out time each day to read. A habit tracker can tell you whether or not you were able to stick with this goal! It can also be used to help you keep track of all the books you read too!
As you can see, there are so many different things you can track in your bullet journal. Hopefully, this list has given you some inspiration so you can start tracking in your bullet journal.
