- Paper plate
- Quick dry tacky glue or school glue
- Cat in the Hat Template FREE Printable
- Black marker
- Scissors
How to make the Cat In The Hat Paper Plate Craft
1. Print the Cat in the Hat Template file. (click link to download for FREE)
2. To create the Cat in the Hat, cut the plate to resemble the shape of the head.
3. Then, glue the Catโs hat and facial features on the paper plate.
4. Add black markings for the Catโs fur.
5. To make an ear, cut a leaf shape from part of the plate you cut away. Decorate with the black marker. Glue to the paper plate.
6. Allow to dry completely before playing or displaying.
