Embrace the joys of everyday life
If you want to live a life that you love genuinely, learn to embrace the joy in the everyday. Find something good every day, no matter how small it might be. Even on your worst day, there is still something that you can appreciate.
Get out of your comfort zone

It could be something as large as a donation or as small as letting someone go in front of you at the grocery store.
Take care of yourself
You might not be loving your life so much these days because you haven’t taken the time to take care of yourself. Stop what you’re doing and evaluate the state that you’re currently in. Do you lack sleep? Fun? Or maybe you lack both? Take some time to figure out what you need to do to take care of yourself and make time for it.

This one is probably the most challenging out of all of them. When we compare ourselves to other people online or in person, we tend to only see them at their best. We don’t see the sleepless nights or bad days; we see only the good things they put out for us to see. This can lead us to compare ourselves to someone’s best all the time. Instead, focus on yourself and stop worrying about what other people are doing!
The secret to a happy life isn’t always going back to what you used to do. Sometimes it’s about becoming the person you had dreamed of being back then and making that person your reality.
