First Impressions: A Hidden Gem with a Killer View
You know that moment when you turn a corner at Disney and suddenly everything just slows down? That was Spice Road Table for us.
We booked Spice Road Table mostly for the fireworks dining package. I didn’t know what to expect from this Moroccan Seaside themed experience. But we walked in with pretty low expectations. It’s not one of the buzzy, trendy spots everyone talks about. But wow… total surprise. The place is tucked right along the World Showcase Lagoon in the Moroccan Pavilion, and it’s absolutely beautiful in a low-key, glowy-lights kind of way.

We checked in on the My Disney Experience app, and a Cast Member brought us right to a covered patio table by the water. That view? Unreal. When you reserve a table at Spice Road Table for fireworks, you are seated in a premium area in the outdoor patio of the restaurant. Apparently, you can also try your luck with indoor seating near the window of the regular restaurant too. But the dining package is a sure bet.
Let’s Talk About the Food
So, this is a prix fixe menu of appetizers for the Fireworks Dining Package. You won’t be ordering a full meal for this experience. I liked that though since we were sampling festival food most of the day. From the limited menu you pick two appetizers, a drink, and then dessert is a little trio served at the end. Non-alcoholic drinks are included, and if you want a cocktail, you’ll order that separately.
The appetizer menu is rather limited. But honestly, that made it easier. Everything leans Mediterranean food, so you’re gonna see stuff like naan spreads, tzatziki, dolmas, and plenty of fresh herbs. This is basically a tapas restaurant experience with amazing fireworks views at the end.
This is definitely for folks who like bold flavors. If your ideal Disney dinner is a cheeseburger and fries, this ain’t it.

What We Ate (And What Surprised Us)
In order to try as many items as possible, my friend and I picked different options.
I started with the Naan Spreads, which was served with hummus and marinated olives. This was a delicious option and my favorite item from the spice road sampler.

My second choice was one of their most popular bites: house-made hummus fries. The hummus fries were weirdly great. Like, why isn’t everyone doing this? Super crisp, slightly fluffy inside, and the dipping sauce was great. But I don’t know, they weren’t my absolute favorite. I am glad I tried them, but I would probably not order them again.

The naan was too good to share so my friend ordered that too. But her second choice was the grilled lamb kefta. The lamb was decent. It was a little dry but had a pretty good flavor.
The other appetizer options on the dining package menu included Spicy Shrimp, Spiced Chicken, Dolmas, and Tiropitakia (cheese filled phyllo with a cucumber tomato relish).
The Dessert Platter & Drinks
Dessert was served at the end of the meal. It was a cute little trio: spiced cake, a flaky piece of baklava, and a soft almond marzipan cookie. The cookie was my favorite. It was chewy, nutty, and not too sweet. The cake was good, but kinda dense. Overall, a sweet way to wrap up the meal.

I am not much of a drinker so I ordered soft drinks and water? But some of the more popular cocktail options include the Pomegranate Mimosa (light and bubbly) and the Moroccan Mule. They also have a Hibiscus Mimosa and Sahara Spritz that sounded fun.
Service & Fireworks Time

Our server was awesome. She wasn’t overbearing, but she was quick to check in and gave good recommendations. Timing was spot-on, too. Nothing felt rushed.

And right before the fireworks started, they dimmed the patio lights and just let us watch. No announcements. No chaos. Just wine glasses clinking and people whispering “wow” as the show kicked off over the lagoon.
Spice Road Table is a great place from which to watch fireworks. The only downside was that since there were only two people in our party, we didn’t get a table right next to the open air window. But it was easy enough to move around and get the perfect view of fireworks once they started.

Is It Worth the Price?
So, here’s the honest take. For $81 per adult, you’re not leaving stuffed. If you’re looking for a full entrée and a mountain of fries, this isn’t it. But if you want flavorful Mediterranean small plates, a relaxed setting, and front-row fireworks, it’s a win.
I’d definitely do it again for the atmosphere alone. It felt like a quiet little escape from the theme park pace. But I would also be tempted to try Rose and Crown for their fireworks view next.
And if you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, using two table service restaurant credits here feels fair. It’s more of a chill, scenic dining experience than a food quantity situation.

How Hard Is It to Get In?
How hard is it to get a reservation at Spice Road Table? Not awful, actually. We booked maybe 10 days out and still got our preferred time. That said, during the Epcot festivals, especially Food & Wine or during the holidays, I’d expect it to fill up.
If you’re already in the park, it’s worth checking for same-day availability on the app. People cancel more than you’d think.

Is It Kid-Friendly?
Sort of. There’s no kids’ menu, and some of the flavors might be unfamiliar to little ones. But it’s quiet, low-pressure, and a nice break from the overstimulation of other Disney dining spots.
I wouldn’t take a toddler here, but if you’ve got older kids or adventurous eaters, they might really enjoy it.
Final Thoughts: Would I Go Again?
Yep. But I might try Rose and Crown Fireworks Dining Package first.
It was one of the most relaxing meals of our trip. The food was great, the view was amazing, and the whole thing just felt… easy. Like we got to step outside the usual Disney chaos for a couple of hours.
