Disney World’s La Creperie de Paris Restaurant Review

Let me just say this: if you’ve ever walked right past La Creperie de Paris in Epcot’s France Pavilion without giving it much thought… I get it. I did that for, oh, about five trips.

But on a recent afternoon when we were starving, a little sun-drunk, and totally over crowds, we ducked in. No expectations. And wow—I wish I’d made it a priority sooner. La Creperie de Paris is a relatively new table service restaurant inside of Epcot’s World Showcase.

🥐 Quick Snapshot: La Crêperie de Paris

  • Location: France Pavilion at Epcot, near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
  • Cuisine: French-style savory galettes and sweet dessert crêpes
  • Price Range: $–$$
  • Dining Plan: Yes – 1 Table-Service Credit
  • Characters?: Nope
  • Reservations?: Helpful but not always necessary
  • Mobile Check-In?: Yes
  • Atmosphere: Chill, minimal, kind of like a casual French café

Overall Rating: 4/5 for food, and 3/5 for ambiance. The ambiance wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t there.

First Impressions: A Breath of Fresh (Air-Conditioned) Air

It’s quiet in there. Like really quiet. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how not chaotic it felt. It’s tucked away from the main walkway in the France Pavilion, and it honestly doesn’t look like much from the outside. The inside of the restaurant is clean with light wood accents. There is no real “Disney” theming to speak of… but it works.

The dining room isn’t huge, which helps keep it calm.

What’s on the Menu?

The menu is built around savory crepes and sweet crepes for dessert. The savory crepes are made of buckwheat and called galettes. You can order everything individually, but if you’re hungry, the prix fixe is a great option. This gives you an appetizer, main, dessert, and a drink.

The choices for the savory crêpes are:

  • Poulet Galette
  • Saumon Galette
  • Savoyarde
  • Ratatouille
  • Classique
  • Chevre

They all have classic fillings like raclette cheese, bechamel cheese sauce, and creme fraiche.

I was tempted by the a la carte options but ultimately said yes to the daily prix fixe menu.

What We Ate (Spoiler: We Didn’t Regret a Thing)

For the appetizer you get the choice of soup of the day or the salad. I started with the salade maison, which is a simple salad of greens with vinaigrette dressing. Nothing fancy, but it was fresh and had a nice zing to it. My friends opted for the potato leek soup and she really loved how savory it tasted.

Then came the galettes.

I ordered the Chevre Galette, a buckwheat crepe with goat cheese, spinach, walnuts, and honey. Honestly? It hit the spot. Slightly crispy around the edges, soft in the middle, and the goat cheese was so creamy. Total comfort food.

My friend ordered the Classique which has ham, egg, and swiss cheese. She absolutely loved it!

For dessert, I didn’t hesitate to order Gourmande. This has a hazelnut chocolate spread with whipped cream. You can also order the dessert crepe with a scoop of ice cream. Of course I ordered ice cream! One bite in, I was basically humming with happiness. Whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and a warm crêpe. It was everything.

The other sweet crepes include options with caramelized apples, red berries sauce, and caramel beurre salé.

Oh, and the Cider

You can order a glass of hard cider with your meal, but it was a little hot for alcohol. So, we just stuck with soft drinks.

Service and Pace

No complaints here. Our server gave us space but never disappeared. Food came out in a steady flow. We were not rushed.

We were in and out in under an hour, which felt just right and really received great service.

Value for the Price

The prix fixe menu was about $39.95 per person (plus tip), and for Disney, that felt super fair. Between the quality of the food, the portion sizes, and the overall experience, I’d call it a good value.

Would I pay it again? Absolutely. In fact, I might skip other table-service spots in Epcot next time just to come back here.

Walk-Up or Book Ahead?

We made a same-day reservation through the app and it was super easy. I’ve seen availability here pop up even during festivals, which is honestly kind of shocking. If you’re nearby and hungry, definitely check. You might get lucky.

And yes, they do have a quick service window outside (Crêpes À Emporter) if you just want a sweet treat without sitting down. This is a fantastic walk-up dining option.

Is It Good for Kids?

Hmm. Maybe. There’s no kid-specific menu, but if your kids are okay with crêpes, they’ll probably do fine. I saw a few families dining around us. That said, it doesn’t scream “kid-friendly,” so I’d save it for slightly older kids or adventurous eaters.

Final Verdict: Should You Try It?

Yes. Especially if you need a break from the chaos, want a quality meal, and aren’t in the mood for heavy food. It’s relaxing, it’s unique, and it didn’t feel like theme park food at all. I love meals that surprise me—and this one did.

My tip? Get the prix fixe. Order the caramel crêpe. Sip the cider slowly. Take a breath before jumping into your next Lightning Lane.
