What questions are on the Mommy and Me Printable?

The questions are fairly basic but Mom will be sure to treasure this keepsake forever.

Here are the questions:

  1. My favorite thing to do with my Mom is…
  2. My Mom always tells me..

  3. My Mom teaches me…

  4. My Mom laughs when…

  5. I love my Mom because…

And then there is a section where kids can either glue a photo of them with Mom or draw a picture of them and Mom.

So, so sweet.

There are a number of ways to modify this for different age levels too. Grade school kids will be able to write out their answers (although they may need help with spelling).

Kindergartners and preschool-aged kids will need more help writing but they should still be able to write the words, as long as someone tells them how to spell everything. And then toddlers and younger won’t be able to write. But they can still answer the questions vocally and someone can write the answers for them. Either way, Mom is sure to absolutely love it!

Not just for mom!

This super sweet printable was so cute I couldn’t just keep it for Moms. So, we added a second bonus page for Grandma too! Me and My Grandma is basically the same activity but with Grandma in mind.
