Before your trip, it’s important to make a meal plan and include things like what you’ll drink and snacks as well. These choices will make it easy for you to choose healthy options and give yourself options while the rest of your family might not be eating as healthy. Make sure you are staying hydrated

Hydration is one of the most important parts of staying healthy and eating healthy while you are camping. While camping, you’ll be exposed to the sun nearly all day, and you’ll be exercising more than usual.
