While spring break is often associated with wild parties and college coeds, it’s also a great time to get away with your family. There are tons of amazing options for a great family-friendly spring break. From winter destinations perfect for active families to a relaxing beach getaway, these five destinations are some of the best family spring break spots.
For a classic spring break vacation, there’s no better place than the Bahamas. You’ll get to enjoy the beautiful beaches and crystal blue water, and your kids will have a blast taking part in a variety of amazing family-friendly adventures.
Nassau is home to tons of amazing entertainment options for families. Dolphin Cay, one of the world’s largest open-air marine mammal habitats, is a great place to get up close and personal with dolphins and sea lions. And the Pirates of Nassau Museum is filled with tons of interactive exhibits any pirate lover would enjoy.

Another must-see family attraction in San Diego is the San Diego Zoo, which will probably take an entire day to explore. The 100-acre park is home to a huge variety of animals, including giant pandas, elephants, gorillas, tigers, and hippos.
