Best Habits to Track to Be Your Best Self

Lately, I have been doing more bullet journaling and paying more attention to my health and wellness. However, this doesn’t come naturally to me.

Drinking enough water, getting moving, and even squeezing in a workout isn’t really the type of things I do without thinking.

To help make things easier, I started tracking habits to ensure that I am staying on track with my goals this year. So here are the best habits to track to be your best self in the new year.

Water Intake

Having a cup of water that I fill in with each glass makes it easy to keep track!

Set a goal for yourself for how many steps you want to get in each day, and then work toward that every day.

Step Count

Calories and Diet

If you’re trying to eat less junk food, it might help track the healthy foods you eat or the unhealthy foods you’re eating.

Sleep

Getting too much sleep can be just as bad for you as not getting enough. If you wear a fitness tracker, you can track your REM cycles and other sleep info.

Work Time

If you’re feeling always connected to work or having difficulty disconnecting, try tracking your work hours. You might find you’re spending too much time doing unpaid work.
